Fried Cabbage Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    6 eggs
    Romano cheese
    seasoned Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil cabbage until
    slightly cooked.
    Drain water; peel leaves.
    Take several leaves in
    hand and squeeze into a small patty.
    Make as many patties as desired.
    Beat eggs in a bowl. Mix Romano cheese and seasoned Italian bread crumbs in another bowl. Dip patties in the
    egg
    bowl,
    then remove patties and mix with bread crumbs.
    Place
    patties
    in
    pan
    and fry until golden brown.
