Ham And Swiss Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fully cooked, smoked ham, chopped
    1 c. shredded swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    1/2 c. chopped onion or scallions
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 10 x 1-1/2-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion onto plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute by hand. Pour into plate.
    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Makes 6 generous slices.
