Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. diced onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 c. cornflakes, crushed
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Let potatoes thaw (about 1/2 hour). Mix potatoes, chicken soup, sour cream, onion, Cheddar cheese and 1 stick melted oleo; salt and pepper. Put into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle melted oleo over it (3 tablespoons). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
