Seafood Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 oz. cooked fettuccine
    3 oz. raw shrimp
    3 oz. raw scallops
    3 oz. white wine
    3 tsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    oregano to taste
    basil
    thyme
    9 oz. heavy cream
    2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook fettuccine according to directions.
    Saute the peeled shrimp and scallops in a little butter until done, about 3 minutes depending on size of scallops; set aside and keep warm.
    Add the white wine, garlic, salt and pepper to saute pan.
    Cook 1 minute. Add the oregano, basil and thyme along with cream; bring to a boil.
    Simmer for a few minutes until it reduces by half.
    Turn down temperature; add Parmesan and fettuccine.
    Put seafood on top.
    Serves 1.
