Beer Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1/2 c. minced green onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate.
    This makes meat tender.
