Chicken Breasts Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. packaged pancake mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 whole chicken breasts, split
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. dry onion soup mix
    1/3 c. milk
    parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a medium sized bowl, combine pancake mix, salt and pepper.
    Roll chicken breasts in the mixture a few at a time to coat well.
    Place chicken in a shallow 3-quart baking dish, overlapping slightly if necessary.
    Combine mushroom soup, onion soup mix and milk in a small bowl and blend until smooth. Pour over chicken.
    Cover dish tightly with foil.
    Bake 1 hour. Remove foil and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serves 6.
