Quick Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla and cinnamon for 6 to 7 minutes.
    Fold in zucchini, raisins and nuts.
    Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Test with toothpick at 40 minutes.
    Invert onto cake plate.
