Casserole From Old Mexico - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced green chiles
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine corn, biscuit mix, egg, butter, sugar and milk.
    Mix well.
    Turn half of batter into well-greased 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
    Cover with chiles, then with cheese slices. Spread remaining batter over cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
