Crock-Pot Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat, in bite size cubes
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    12 oz. can V-8 juice
    1 small can diced green chiles
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch in 1/4 water
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Throw all the first 6 ingredients in the crock-pot and cook on low setting for 6 hours, give or take an hour or two (depends on how long you'll be away, don't worry, it won't overcook).
    Add the remaining ingredients, turn pot up to high for about 30 minutes.
