Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shredded chicken
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 c. Cheddar
1 can diced green chiles
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
Preparation

Saute chicken, onion, bell pepper, garlic and chiles.
Add enchilada sauce and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Wrap with tortillas. Lay in baking pan.
Cover with cheese and extra sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Cover with cilantro when serving.
