Mom'S Best Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 chicken pieces (legs and thighs are best)
    4 bouillon cubes (chicken)
    2 stalks celery
    2 carrots
    2 c. bread crumbs
    3 eggs
    1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
Preparation
    Cook chicken
    in
    pot with water, diced celery, carrots and bouillon as
    if making soup.
    When chicken is well cooked, remove from broth\tand
    let cool.\tDip cooled chicken (with or without skin) in
    beaten
    egg
    and\tthen bread crumbs.
    Put in frypan of melted butter and fry until browned on each side and serve.
