Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. onions
    1 bunch celery
    2 cans bean sprouts
    1 or 2 lb. meat
    soy sauce
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    sugar to taste
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Slice onions.
    Cut up celery.
    Simmer in bean sprout water in cans until tender.
    When done, add bean sprouts.
    Cook meat separately, then add to the first mixture.
    Cook for a few minutes.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Use flour to thicken.
    Let stand a few hours before eating.
    Much better the next day!
    Serve over rice.
