Sugar Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, margarine and Crisco until fine.
    Keep 1 cup aside for the topping.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
    Pour batter into 2 (9-inch) cake pans.
    Sprinkle the reserved topping on top of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
