Skillet Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. packaged, precooked rice
    1/4 c. instant minced onion
    1/3 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
    2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    4 packaged process Cheddar cheese slices
    1/3 c. ripe olives, quartered
Preparation
    In medium skillet, heat tomato soup with water to boiling. Stir in rice, onion, green peppers, salt and marjoram.
    Remove skillet from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Remove cover; fold in tuna.
    Top with cheese slices cut into thin strips and olive pieces.
    Cover.
    Heat gently until cheese melts.
    Nice with green beans with mushrooms.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
