Turnip Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1/4 c. mayonnaise (fat-free)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. peeled, shredded turnips
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients well.
    Pour over turnips and toss well to coat.
    Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
    Yields 4 servings.
