Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1 lb. powdered sugar

Preparation

Spread coconut and pecans over bottom of a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
