Mom'S Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 egg whites
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Beat egg yolks slightly; add to buttermilk, vanilla and butter (melted and cooled).
    Add to dry ingredients; beat thoroughly.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
