Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans small whole green chillies
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Wash and deseed chillies (save juice).
    Spray 9 x 12-inch pan with Pam.
    Line pan with chillies; add cheese.
    Repeat layers ending with cheese.
    Beat eggs.
    Add flour, salt, milk and chilli juice.
    Pour over layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
