Shrimp And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. melted butter
    4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    1 c. thinly sliced mushroom
    2 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    few drops of hot sauce
    4 c. cooked wild rice
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Gradually add flour to 1/2 cup melted butter; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
    Gradually add broth. Cook until smooth and thickened; simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
