Russian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut up in pieces
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Place chicken in shallow casserole.
    Pour mixture of remaining ingredients over chicken.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Baste occasionally.
