Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked-diced chicken
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. oil
2- 4 ounce cans green chilies, chopped
1/2 lb. cheddar or velveeta cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
12 - 10 inch flour tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Saute onions in oil. Add chicken, chilies and 2/3 of each cheese. Fry tortillas in small amount of oil for 20 -30 seconds, just to soften them.
