Marinated Vegetable Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. crushed dried basil
    8 oz. fresh torn spinach
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine mushrooms, tomatoes and green onions.
    In a screw-top jar, combine oil, wine, vinegar, sugar, basil and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Cover; shake well.
    Pour over and toss with vegetables.
    In a large bowl, toss vegetable mixture with spinach. Serve with grated, hard-cooked egg yolks over salad.
    Serves 4 to 6.
