Hot Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    4 oz. cream cheese (brick; room temperature)
    1 c. mayo
    1 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    pinch of crushed red pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika (sprinkle on top)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Bake in a lightly greased dish at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with nachos, crackers or bread (flat, pita or pumpernickel) or Blue Chips.
