Easy Miniature Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 t. vanilla
    8 oz. light cream cheese
    1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
    8 oz. fat free cool whip
    24 vanilla wafers
    1 can pie filling
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients well.
    Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake
    liner, and fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
    Top with pie filling. Chill and serve.
