Beef And Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    1 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    6 to 7 baking potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 to 3 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    2 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 to 6 Tbsp. cold water
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Bake roast in water with onion, garlic, salt, pepper and coffee at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
    Boil potatoes in water 20 minutes, then mash.
    Add milk and butter.
    Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening until mixture forms small crumbs.
    Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until mixture forms ball.
    Divide and roll dough into 2 rounds.
