Diabetic Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 packets Sweet 'N Low
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 c. molasses
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 in large bowl.
    Beat egg with Sweet 'N Low.
    Melt margarine in boiling water.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Stir in molasses.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add to egg mixture and beat until smooth.
    Pour into nonstick 9-inch square baking pan.
    Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
