Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients to make cake batter.
Pour one-half of batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle 1/2 of this mixture onto cake batter.
Spread remaining batter on top, then sprinkle with rest of nut mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
