Microwave Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Microwave water in a 2-quart microwave dish on High for 7 minutes or until water boils. Add rice and salt. Stir and cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Stir, re-cover and microwave on High 6 minutes. Stir again.
    Let stand, uncovered, before serving.
