Andy'S Favorite Cauliflower Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1- 16 oz package of frozen cauliflower
1 bay leaf
2 cups chicken or turkey broth
1 1/2 cups milk (I use skim or 2%)
8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup instant potatoes or 1 baked potato, skinned and mashed
4 oz cream cheese, cubed (low fat or fat free)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients, covered, over medium about 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
Remove bay leaf.
Do not drain. Lightly mash, or chop the cauliflower into bite size pieces.
