Nashville Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. squash
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped Cheddar cheese
1 onion
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 bell pepper
Preparation

Cook squash; drain well.
Add all ingredients except crumbs. Put in casserole dish and top with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
