Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded potatoes
    4 apples, peeled and sliced
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Add flour, milk and salt.
    Let stand for 30 minutes.
    Stir in potatoes and onion.
    Divide batter into floured and buttered 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Melt sugar and butter in a skillet.
    Add apples and saute until soft.
    Divide apples evenly over pancakes.
