Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 peppers
1 large can Spanish rice
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. catsup
salt
pepper
cheese
onion
Preparation

Cut tops and clean seeds out of peppers.
Place whole cleaned out peppers in salted boiling water.
Boil 5 minutes; drain.
Saute beef and chopped onion.
Add Spanish rice and catsup.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon mixture into peppers.
Top with cheese. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 25 minutes.
