California Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 bags O'Brien frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 c. grated cheeses (Monterey Jack, Cheddar)
    spices: garlic salt, salt and pepper and seasoning salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredient in large bowl.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch (or larger) pan.
    Add spices to top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
