Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. potatoes
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    olives
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and top with bacon and olives.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 10.
