Apple-Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sweet potatoes
3 Delicious apples
2 c. mini marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Peel apples and potatoes.
Layer 1/2 of these with 1/2 of marshmallows.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle 1/2 over top of layer.
Repeat to make a second layer of apples, potatoes, marshmallows and cinnamon mixture.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator to make natural juice.
