Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Celery, diced
    1 sm. Onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. Margarine or othe fat
    1 can Mushroom Soup
    4 c. Water
    1 c. Rice, uncooked
    1 1/2 c. Diced Meat (Ham, Pork, Beef or Lamb)
Preparation
    Simmer onions and celery in fat until tender.
    Add soup, water and rice.
    Mix well and cook 15 minutes on moderate heat.
    Stir in meat, and place in greased casserole.
    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
