Green Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 green peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook green peppers in small amount of water, salted in saucepan until tender; drain.
    Blend butter and flour in saucepan; stir in milk gradually.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Add peppers.
    Pour into baking dish; top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Yield:
    5 to 6 servings.
