Red Wine Vinegar And Oil Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. red wine vinegar
    3 c. oil
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, shaking to mix well.
    Salad oil may be used but olive oil (the more the better) adds a good flavor. Refrigerate in a tightly covered jar.
    Makes one quart.
