Ziti With Onions And Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 oz. butter/margarine
    2 very large onions, finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. ziti
    3 eggs, beaten
    4 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt the butter/margarine and cook the onions over low heat until they almost change color.
    Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
    Cook pasta until it is al dente.
    When the pasta is almost done, return the onions to heat and stir in the beaten eggs.
    Remove from heat.
    Drain the pasta and stir in the cheese and onion sauce.
    Serve at once.
