Crunchy Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. rice cereal
    1 lb. Bryan pampered pork sausage
Preparation
    Soak pecans in hot water for 5 minutes.
    Water should be as hot as you can get it from the faucet.
    Put on terry towel and pat dry; while still moist, sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 240\u00b0 for 1 hour.
