Monster Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bars (3 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter, room temperature
    1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 2 large cookie sheets.
    Break chocolate into squares.
    Set aside 1/2 cup pecan halves.
    Coarsely chop remainder.
    Sift together flour and baking soda.
    Beat butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar in a medium bowl, until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg and vanilla.
    Stir in flour and then chopped pecans.
