Orange Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 egg
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Stir in cranberries, nuts and orange peel.
In another bowl, combine egg, orange juice and oil; add to flour mixture.
Stir until just moistened; do not overstir.
Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
