Roast Wild Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ducks with breasts split
    1 c. wine
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    salt and pepper
    2 bay leaves
    3 cloves
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 c. butter
    dash of onion salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except ducks and butter; mix well. Marinate ducks in sauce overnight in refrigerator.
    Remove ducks from marinade and brown ducks in butter.
    Place in roaster; pour marinade over ducks.
    Cover and bake for 3 hours at 225\u00b0.
