salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 medium chopped onions
1/2 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 Tbsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
pepperoncini to taste
Preparation

Day One:
Add salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon garlic powder and chopped onions to roast with water to cover.
Cover and cook on low overnight (10 to 12 hours) in a crock-pot.
