Confetti Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) frozen hash browns potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    4 oz. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. cheese cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter in frypan.
    Saute onion until tender.
    Stir in potatoes, soup and milk.
    Add cheese, green pepper, black pepper and 1/2 cheese crackers.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
