Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 lb. steak (round)
    1 onion
    1/2 tub or 4 oz. can mushrooms
    2 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 pt. or 1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown steak in oil.
    Add onion and mushrooms.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream.
    Cook 1 hour or until steak is tender.
    Add sour cream.
    Serve over noodles.
