Fast Cabbage-Roll Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 medium onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
Preparation

In large pan, mix all ingredients.
Add water to just cover ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Cover and cook over low heat until vegetables and rice are tender.
Pour in pretty casserole bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese.
