Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    Italian bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    Provolone cheese
    olive oil or vegetable oil
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cut each chicken breast into halves or thirds (depending on size).
    Rinse under cool water; then dip each piece into a mixture of Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Coat well.
    Fry in a shallow pan in oil until browned.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Place in a baking dish and top with Provolone cheese.
    Pour a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
