Peg'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes lasagna noodles (2 pkg. spaghetti)
    5 lb. hamburger
    1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
    2 (8 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
    6 cans sliced tomatoes and tomato sauce
    seasoning
    5 pkg. cheese, grated (your choice)
Preparation
    Brown and drain hamburger.
    Cook noodles until tender.
    Blend tomatoes and sauce in blender, then mix with hamburger and heat. Mix seasonings in with hamburger and sauce.
    Mix Ricotta cheese and sour cream into hamburger and sauce; mix well.
    Spoon a thin layer of sauce into bottom of large baking pan, then layer of noodles, then spoon sauce on noodles.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese. Continue layers until noodles are gone making sure the sauce is on top of last layer to keep from burning.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
