Oven Beef Stew(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck or stew meat, cubed
    1 can tiny peas
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of tomato soup, thinned with 1/2 can water
    2 big raw potatoes, cubed
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Mix these ingredients in a casserole dish that has a tight lid.
    Put the lid on and put the casserole in a 275\u00b0
    oven.
